Activate Your Hotspot
1. Find your Mobile Hotspot's MEID (DEC) number
on the packaging. You'll need this 18-digit
number to activate your Mobile Hotspot.
2. Go to boostmobile.com/activate, follow the
prompts to enter the MEID, and then click
start activation process. If you are activating
this new device on an existing account, visit
'My Account' on boostmobile.com to update
your device.
Note: You can also call 1-888-BOOST-4U
(1-888-266-7848) to use the automated
activation system.
3. Continue through the activation steps and at
the end you will have an option to pay to get
your service started.

Connect to Your Hotspot
1. If your Mobile Hotspot is not powered on, press
and hold the Power Button on the front
of the device for a few seconds.
2. Turn on your Wi-Fi-enabled device.
3. Open the Wi-Fi application or controls on the
computer or Wi-Fi-enabled device that you want
to connect to your Mobile Hotspot and find the
Wi-Fi network name.
4. When prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password to
connect to the Internet.
Note: Your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password
appear on the Mobile Hotspot LCD display.

Hotspot Manager

Manage, monitor, and customize your device
connection and settings using the Mobile
Hotspot Web-based interface.
Access the Hotspot Manager
1. Open a web browser on a device connected to
the Internet via the Mobile Hotspot.
2. Type http://MyHotSpot or http://192.168.1.1 into
the address bar and press Enter.
Note: If you're using the Google Chrome
browser, make sure your browser navigates
to the address you typed instead of
performing a Google search.
3. Enter the password (1 - 31 letters, numbers, and
symbols) into the Sign In field and click Sign In.
Note: The default password is password. It is
recommended that you change the password
as soon as possible.
