Check Flue Gas Collector for Leaks
Close Combustion Chamber Door
Inspection and Maintenance
1. Visually check the gasket through clean-out opening
A on the flue gas collector. Traces of condensate on
the outside of the flue gas collector indicate a leak.
2. If necessary, retighten the gaskets using clamping
clips B.
1. Tighten the screws on the boiler door evenly and
diagonally. See drawing on the left for tightening
sequence.
2. Install the gas supply pipe.
CAUTION
Check all gas connections for tightness.
