Hitch
Assembly

Lower
Inset (head of
bolts
to
outside). Leave
Nut
loose.

Slide
Hitch Assembly
into slots of
Engine
Mount
Assem·
bly
with
heads
of
bolts
and lockwasher on
outside
of
Engine
Mount
Assembly (Fig.
4

Inset).
c. Assembl

Hook
Bolt
using:
two
Hex
Nuts and
one
Flat
Washer
(shown
full
size) and
one
Hook
Bolt
found in bag of
parts.
Place
hook of
Hook
Bolt into hole in
Front
Axl
e
(Fig.
4).
Pull
Hitch
Assembly
forward until
threaded
end
of
Hook
Bolt can
be
placed
into
hole
of Hitch
Assembly.
Slide Hitch
As·
sembly into Engine Mount Assembly
as
fa
r
as
it will
go
.
Place Washer
on threaded end
of Hook
Bolt. Now thread
one
Hex
Nut on
Hook Bolt against Washer allowing
for
play
in Hook
Bolt
and
hole
in
Front
Axle
for
normal
axle operation. Tighten
second
Hex
Nut against first
Hex Nut
securely
.
d. T;gh
ten
the two Hex Nuts
assembled in
Step a. securely.
