Manual instruction | Multi purpose cutter
stored in a dry, high or locked-up place, out of the
reach of children
Do not force tool. It will do a better job and
operate more safety at the rate for which it was
intended.
Before sawing, remove all nails and other metal
objects from the workpiece.
Never start sawing before the saw reaches its full
speed.
Any sawing of asbestos-containing workpieces
is forbidden!
Disconnect tools. When not in use, before
servicing, and when changing accessories such as
blades, bits and cutters.
Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Form the
habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting
wrenches are removed from the tool before
switching it on.
Avoid unintentional starting. Do not carry
plugged-in tool with finger on the switch. Be sure
that the tool is switched off before plugging in.
Warning! The use of any other accessory or
attachment other than recommended in the
instruction manual present a risk of personal injury.
Have your tool repaired by an expert. This electric
appliance is built in accordance with the relevant
safety rules. Repair of electric appliances must only
be carried out by experts otherwise it may cause
considerable danger for the user.

Initial operation

Always use the correct supply voltage: The power
supply voltage must match the information
quoted on the tool identification plate.

Operating instructions

Cautions! In order to reduce the risk of
personal injuries, read these safety rules
before using the multi purpose cutter.
The operation steps are as follows:
1.
Align the viewing direction of the metal base
plate with cutting line.
Take V-type notch (12) as reference in
determination of cutting position. Align the
notch with cutting line.

As the cutting positions may change with
the movement of saw blade, pre-cutting
should be carried out in advance.
2.
Turn the switch locking button (3) to left or right,
fasten the on/off switch (2) to start the motor and
release the switch locking button (3).
Cautions!
Check
if the switch
locking
button (3) works
normally.
Stop operation

and send the instrument to authorized
service center if the on/off switch (2) can
be activated without pressing the switch
locking button.
Hold the handle with one hand and hold
the front handle (4) with the other hand.
Hold them tightly and press the switch
completely.
Before starting up the motor, do not
contact the saw blade (9) with cutting
materials. Start cutting until the maximum
speed of saw blade is reached.
The on/off switch (2) of the instrument is
a normally-closed switch. Please do not try
to lock the power switch in 'ON' position.
3.
Start cutting until the maximum rotation speed
of the saw blade (9) is reached.
4.
Keep the cutting line straight during cutting.
Push the multi purpose cutter at a stable speed.
5.
Stop cutting if the motor becomes hot, and cool
the motor before restarting.

Maintenance and cleaning

Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
Ensure that the ventilation slots are not blocked and
clean the machine regularly with a soft cloth, clean
the ventilation slots using a vacuum cleaner.
Remove the blade and clean the motor flange, the
flange nut and the protective guard after finishing
work.
Carefully check the blades for signs of damage such
as broken segments etc. Continued use of a worn
or damaged cutting blade will result in reducing
cutting efficiency and may seriously overload the
motor. Damaged cutting blades must be replaced
