Display a low temperature
Read and observe
on page 39 first.
If the outside temperature drops below +4 °C while driving, the warning light
(low temperature warning) illuminates and an audible signal sounds.
If the outside temperature is below +4 °C when the ignition is switched on, the
following warning light appears in the display .
WARNING
Even at temperatures of around +4 °C, black ice may still be on the road
surface! You should therefore not only rely on the outside temperature dis-
play for accurate information as to whether there is ice on the road.
