Initial operation
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted
on the tool identification plate.
Switching on and off
Before connecting the device to the electric power
supply, make sure that the main supply voltage
is 230V/50Hz and being suitable for use only in
premises having a service current capacity equal
to or greater than 100A per phase with a normal
voltage of 400/230V.

You can operate the charger in a range between
12V and 6V, so it can charge for 12V and 6V
accumulators. For example,if you want to charge for
12V accumulator, you need only to put the switch in
the 12V position.
•
During charging, if there is a sudden change in
the supply current, the charger will keep it at normal
current and normal voltage .

If a short circuit occurs, the charger will switch
off by itself, and turn to a normal position after one
or two minutes.
•
The output current of the charger is very
constant, so it can protect the charger very well.
It only takes you 3 or 4 hours to charge your car
battery.
•
Indication of charging: the current meter will
show you the current detail during charging.
•
It can be turned to 12V and 6V during charging.
•
The tool can operate in Max current and Min
current during charging .

Put the red clamp clip in the positive pole of the
accumulator (indicated with "+" )
•
Put the black clamp clip in the negative pole
(indicated with "-")
•
Plug in power source and the accumulator will
be charged.
Please, pay attention:
•
It must work in a range from AC 220V to AC 240V
condition.
•
The red clip and black clip should not be touched
during charging to avoid any risks of short circuit.
Manteinance and storage
•
Before carrying out any maintenance operation,
turn off the electric power supply by disconnecting
the plug from the extension cable.
•
Always keep the machine and the ventilation
slots cleaned. If the machine should fail despite the
rigorous manufacturing and testing procedures, the
repair should be carried out by an authorized IVT
customer service.
•
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the
appliance will ensure efficiency and prolong the life
