HOW TO USE AN 8-WEEK WEIGHT-LOSS
WORKOUT
1. Insert the key into the console.
See HOW TO TURN ON THE POWER on page 18.
2. Select the desired week of the program.

until the number of the desired week appears in
the upper left display.
3. Select the desired day of the program.

workouts for
each week of
the program.

repeatedly until the number of the desired day
appears in the upper right display.
4. Enter your weight.
To allow the console to calculate the amount of cal-
ories you will burn more accurately, press the Enter
Weight increase and decrease buttons to enter
your weight. The console will adjust the workout's
intensity level according to the weight entered.
5. Start the workout.
Press the Start button next to the Enter Weight
increase and decrease buttons to confirm your
selection. Then, press the Start button next to the
Incline increase and decrease buttons to start the
workout.
The workout will function in the same way as an
onboard workout (see step 3 on page 20).
6. Follow your progress with the displays.
See step 5 on page 19. The lower left corner of the
display will show the time remaining instead of the
elapsed time.
7. Measure your heart rate if desired.
See step 6 on page 19.
8. When you are finished exercising, remove the
key from the console.
