Note
If "Display name and SIP-URI" is selected, the display name part and the SIP-URI of the "From" header
will be displayed as "Anonymous".

From: Anonymous <sip:anonymous@anonymous.invalid>
If "Display name only" is selected, only the display name part of the "From" header will be displayed
as "Anonymous".

From: Anonymous <sip:1234@example.com>
