Follow these steps to install the batteries.
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw from the
battery compartment cover, then remove the cover.
2. Insert six fresh batteries into the compartment, as indi-
cated by the polarity symbols (+ and –) marked inside
the compartment.
3. Replace the cover and the screw.
Notes:
• If the adapter sounds three beeps each time you pick up
a connected phone, replace the batteries.
