6-1. REPLACE THE SPOOL OF NYLON WIRE

1. Unplug the trimmer.

2. Remove the spool assembly from the trimmer. To do so, hold the outer ribbed part of the assembly with one hand,
G while pushing down and turning the spool head with the other to unlock it. (Fig. 6-1A & 6-1B) The spool carrier and
spool will now disassemble easily.

NOTE: There is a spring inside the string head that could easily be lost. Ensure that it is put in a safe place.

3. Remove any existing line from the spool.

H 4. Using 0.065" replacement line measure off approximately 14' of line. Double over the cutter line and place loop in
slot of the spool divider.

1. Débranchez le coupe-herbe.

2. Demontez l'ensemble bobine du coupe-herbe. Pour ce faire, tenez la partie exterieure cannelée de l'ensemble

d'une main, puis poussez vers le bas et faites tourner la tête de bobine de l'autre main pour la déverrouiller. (Fig.6-
1A & 6-1B) Le support de bobine et la bobine devraient maintenant pouvoir se demonter facilement.

REMARQUE : Il y a un ressort dans la tête de fil ; faites attention de ne pas le perdre. Veillez à le placer en lieu

sûr.

3. Enlevez le reste de fil de la bobine.

4. Utilisez un fil de remplacement de 0,065'', d'une longueur d'environ 14'. Doublez le fil sur la lame et placez la boucle

ainsi ontenue dans l'orifice du diviseur de bobine.

1. Desconecte la recortadora.

2. Retire el carrete de la recortadora. Para poder hacerlo, sujete la parte exterior del montaje con una mano, mien-

tras presiona hacia abajo y gira el cabezal del carrete con la otra para desbloquearlo. (Fig. 6-1A y 6-1B). El porta-

dor del carrete y el carrete de desmontarán ahora con facilidad.

NOTA: Hay un muelle dentro del cabezal de cuerda que podría perderse fácilmente. Asegúrese de colocarlo en

un lugar seguro.

3. Retire cualquier línea existente del carrete.

4. Utilizando una línea de sustitución de 0'065", mida aproximadamente 14' de línea. Doble sobre la línea de cúter y
coloque el carrete en la ranura del divisor de carrete.
