Connecting an HDM[" or"D VI device to the HDM[" inpu
To view the HDMI
TM
device video:
Select HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3 or HDMI 4 video input source
on the TV. (Press the INPUT button on the remote control. For more
information, see "Selecting the video input to view" on page 71.
To connect a DVI device, you will need:
.l. HDMI T''to DVI adapter cable
For proper operation, the length of an HDMI

to DVI adapter cable
should not exceed 9.8 ft (3m). The recommended length is 6.6 ft
(2m).
.!. 3.5ram Stereo to RCAY-cable
An HDMI
TM
to DVI adapter cable transfers video only. Separate
analog audio cables are required (see illustration).
NOTE Toensure thattheHDMI"or DVldeviceis reset p roperly:
•:o Whenturningon yourelectronic components, turnon theTVfirst, and
thenthe HDM( ° or DVldevice.
•:o Whenturningoff yourelectronic components, turnoff theHDM(° or
