1.
Push the Pressure Switch (A29) to Off position, then insert and twist the 220 volt
plug into an appropriate electrical outlet.
2.
Push the Pressure Switch (A29) to the Auto position. The motor will start.
3.
Pull and release the Air Release Safety Valve (A9) to verify it does not stick.
4.
Allow the Tank to fill to 115 PSI before using. Refer to the Tank Air Pressure
Gauge.
5.
With the Air Compressor turned on, operation is automatic and under the control
of the Pressure Switch (A29).
1.
Pull out, then turn the Pressure Adjustment (A22) knob to the left to increase output
air pressure, or to the right to decease the output air pressure. Set the appropriate
air pressure output for the air tool being used.
2.
Read the air output pressure on the Output Air Pressure Gauge.
3.
Push in the knob of the Pressure Adjustment control.

Press the Pressure Switch (A29) to the Off position.
2.
Pull on the Air Release Safety Valve (A9) ring to release pressure from the Tank.

3.
When all pressure is released, let go of the ring on the Air Release Safety Valve.
The Tank Drain Walve (A13) is located underneath the Air Tank. It must be used daily
to release all trapped moisture through this valve. It will also get rid of any condensation
that may cause tank corrosion.
wARNING: Slightly open the Tank drain Valve (A13) to blow air and moisture out of
the Tank. Opening it all the way may cause it to be blown off.

Press the Pressure Switch (A29 to the Off position.
2.
Unscrew the Tank Drain Valve (A13) two to three turns counterclockwise.
3.
When all the moisture is released, turn the Drain Valve clockwise until it is tight.
