Sector Configuration of 256-Kbit Flash Memory
Figure 28.2-1 shows the sector configuration of the 256-Kbit flash memory. The upper and lower addresses
of each sector are given in the figure.

*: Programmer addresses are corresponding to CPU addresses, used when the parallel programmer
programs data into flash memory.
These programmer addresses are used for the parallel programmer to program or erase data in flash memory.
