ALC Sets the conditions related to whole file.
SPC Sets the condition for marking character string per
line.
(X/Y coordinates and laser power correction ratio

STC Sets the condition for marking character string per
line.
OFC Sets input conditions of "External Offset Function" to
switch coordinates using I/O input.
OFS Sets offset coordinates used for "External Offset
Function" to switch coordinates using I/O input.
