We just need one thing to analyze this problem:
A: Packets, which should include all your register process.
How to debug the problem of H248 calls?
We need three things to analyze this problem:
A: Your detail test steps/test procedure.
B: Packets, which should include all your tested procedure.
C: DSP/Codec logs, which should be captured the CLI command under the console
window.
Debug steps:
1.
Under DSLAM, please enable the DSP/Codec/SLIC trace flag in console window:
#Login to VOP1372G-61 card
MSC>lcman login <slot>
VOP>vp ch trace * 4
VOP>dsp spy option 3
VOP>dsp spy rtime 1
2. Start to capture the packets between DSLAM's uplink port and SWW
3. Make the call from VOP to PSTN client
4. When calling issue happens.
5. Stop the capture the packets between DSLAM's uplink port and SWW.
6. Disable the flag under DSLAM
MSC>lcman login <slot>
VOP>vp ch trace * 0
VOP>dsp spy option 0
7. Send us the DSP/Codec trace logs shown under console window and H248 packets.
Please note, we need the complete console dump info.
Save the packets and logs into your PC.
