To reach and maintain a basic fitness level, exercise at least three times a week, 30 minutes at a time. Increase the number of exercise sessions to improve your fitness level. Explanation of display items Display item Explanation STROKES Strokes per minute as a numbered value (/min) and as a graphical representation (bars). TIME Duration (hh:mm and mm:ss) for the workout. PULSE Heart rate limit (bpm) during the workout. The heart symbol flashes simultaneously with your own heart rate.
Press the UP button or the DOWN button to change the value for the selected menu item. Press the ENTER button to confirm. During use The menu constantly shows the values for the menu items. The different values flash on the display one after another every 6 seconds. Press the ENTER button to stop automatic scanning of the values for the different menu items.
