Pneumatic Roll Carton Closing Stapler Model No. SRB-GR Safety Instructions Important Safety Instructions for Operating Staplers READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS DANGER NEVER USE IN PRESENCE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OR COMBUSTIBLES. Never use any type of flammable gases or oxygen as a power source for the tool . Use filtered, lubricated, and regulated compressed air only .

Disconnect the air supply from the tool before lubricating . Turn the tool so the inlet is facing up and put one drop of Interchange Tool Oil or 3-in-1 oil into air inlet . Never use detergent oil or additives . Operate the tool briefly after adding oil .

Pneumatic Roll Carton Closing Stapler Model No. SRB-GR Operating Instructions Loading the Tool Disconnect the air supply Slightly squeeze cover back then pull to open cover . Place roll staples in magazine . Feed front end of roll staples into right coil guide, left coil guide, and top guide .

Pneumatic Roll Carton Closing Stapler Model No. SRB-GR Operating Instructions Clinch Adjustment Disconnect the air supply . Use rod diameter 3mm or 2 .5mm hexagon wrench key . Turn collar through window clockwise to tighten clinch and counter-clockwise to loosen clinch .

Check and replace any damaged or worn components on the tool. Disconnect the air supply Add a few drops of Interchange Tool Oil or 3-in-1 oil into the air inlet . Install a quick connect fitting to the tool .

Pneumatic Roll Carton Closing Stapler Model No. SRB-GR Tool Maintenance Teeth Replacement Disconnect the air supply . Loosen screws with 4mm hexagon wrench key . Remove the magazine assembly . Loosen screws with 3mm hexagon wrench key . Change teeth one at a time to prevent reversing the direction of the teeth .
