Deep fryer with dual frying baskets

Fry foods of equal size and thickness, as they will fry more evenly and be cooked
in the same amount of time, To fry two different types of foods that take different
amounts of cooking time, use the smaller basket for the shorter cook time and
put the food that will take more time in the large basket. When the food in the
smaller basket is done, take out that basket and leave the other one in longer.

Do not fifl the basket more than 2/3 full. tf too much food is put in fryer at once,
the food wil! not get crisp.
For crisper foods, fry without the cover. Use the cover when immersing
baskets
in oil, then remove.
10. For breading or coating foods, use commercial breading, finely ground bread or
cracker crumbs, corn meal, a mixture of corn meal and flour, pancake mix, or
prepared bread mixes.
11. Always fry foods with baskets.

Use only metal cooking utensils in the fryer. Plastic or rubber wilt become
damaged from the hot oil, Do not leave metal utensils in the fryer as they wil!
become hot.

During the preheating or cooking cycle, the temperature is not adjustable.
You have to press"Start/Cancel"
button to stop the current setting firstly, and
then adjust temperature
by pressing the "Set Temp" button to the desired setting.
Use caution when deep frying flour tortillas. Flour tortillas contain air pockets.
Dudng deep frying, oil can become trapped within these pockets. If not properly
drained, the pockets can burst and cause bums. For this reason, after deep
frying tortillas, carefully raise them out of the cooking oil and allow oil to drain
from the tortillas for about 30 seconds.
15. After each use, strain oil through a filter or a double thickness of cheesecloth
to
remove the accumulated food residue.
16. The number of times the cooking oil can be reused wilt depend on the type of
food being fried. For example, the oil will need to be replaced more often if fish
or food coated with bread or cracker crumbs is fried frequently.

*The longer oil is heated, the more rapidly it deteriorates.
Avoid preheating longer
than necessary and turn off the fryer once the last batch of food has been removed.
To prolong the useful life of oit, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark
area or in the refrigerator.
19. It is time to replace the oil if:
The oil is dark in color.
The oil has an unpleasant odor.
The oil smokes when it is heated.
The oil foams excessively during frying.
20. Always use the handles on the base when lifting or moving the appliance.
NEVER lift or move the appliance by using the control assembly,
