BLENDING TIPS AND TECHNIQUES • Put liquids in the blender bottle first, unless a recipe says otherwise. It is recommended you use at least 250ml of liquid for optimal results. • Cut all firm fruits and vegetables into pieces no larger than 1.8cm to 2.5cm. Ensure frozen solids are no larger than 2cm. -
