    How the AUTO Mode Works • In the AUTO mode, the display area on the touchpad will show “Heat” and “Cool” icons adjacent to the temperature set point. • In the “Prog Off” mode, “Heat” mode will be active when space temperature falls 1°F below setpoint. “Cool” mode will be active when space temperature rises 1°F above setpoint. • In the “Prog On” mode, “Heat” or “Cool" mode will be active at program setpoints.     How the “SLEEP” Mode Works • The “SLEEP” feature works with the “timer” setting and is user adjustable from 1 to 15 hours via the touchpad or Infra-Red (IR) remote control. • When the sleep mode is selected, the timer will count down. When it reaches zero, it will turn the control “off” if previously “on”, or “on” if previously “off” when the set time expires. • Clear by turning the unit “Off” and then “On”.     Option #2 (Preferred) You can also copy the first days program to successive days, editing only the days that are different. After completing the Monday schedule (Day 1), Day 2 will flash. Press to return to day one and press and hold for 3 seconds allowing days of the week to count down from 7 to 1. Monday's schedule has been memorized for the entire week.   • Page 28 Self Diagnostics – Other Display Codes Status codes are displayed to correspond with the following sensor conditions: • bo – Brown Out – Low Power • CF – Coil Freeze – Indoor coil is < 31º for at least 5 minutes • hl – High Limit – Room temperature is 5º above set point • LA – Low Ambient Lock Out – Unit is in cooling mode and outdoor air is < 35º • Lo – Temp Limiting – Room temperature is 5º below set point • rF – Room Freeze Protection Note: Unit will reset automatically once condition normalizes.
