    Original instruction SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Intended / not Intended Use This chain saw is only designed for cutting of brushes, trunks or timber beams up to a diameter according the guide bar length. It is only allowed to cut wood. Every other use of the machine is a not intended use. Furthermore a professional use for tree services is strictly forbidden.

Distractions can cause you to lose control. 2) Electrical safety a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.

Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.

    Original instruction with the equipment. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack. Do not use any battery pack which is not designed for use with the equipment. Keep battery pack out of the reach of children.

    Original instruction loaded limb may strike the operator and/or throw the chain saw out of control. Use extreme caution when cutting brush and saplings. The slender material may catch the saw chain and be whipped toward you or pull you off balance. Carry the chain saw by the front handle with the chain saw switched off and away from your body.
  • Page 8 Original instruction The chain saw operator should keep on the uphill side of the terrain as the tree is likely to roll or slide downhill after it is felled. An escape path should be planned and cleared as necessary before cuts are started. The escape path should extend back and diagonally to the rear of the expected line of fall as illustrated in Figure 3.

    Original Instructions OPERATION ASSEMBLY and WARNING! Do not connect the chain saw to mains before it is completely assembled. Always use gloves when handling the chain. Assembly / Replacement of the Guide Bar and Chain The chain must be so fitted over the guide bar that the cutting edges of the cutters (a) face in the direction that the chain runs.
