Rhapsody Channels
Symptom
No artist information is
displayed in the "Artist
Information" screen.
Though the subscription
has not expired yet, the
message of subscription
expiration notice or
appears.
Cannot search for other
songs, albums, and artists
by the song information of
the currently playing song.
Cause/Remedy
 The artist information may not exist, depending on
the artist.
 Your settings for date and time may have been reset
because the battery power was used up.
 Connect the player to your computer and
recharge the battery, then connect to Rhapsody
service using Best Buy Digital Music Store.
 When playing back Rhapsody Channels, this
function is not available.
