4. Key in sale amount; Press ENTER.
5. Key in server ID; Press ENTER.
6. Key in cash back amount; Press ENTER to bypass option.
7. Key in PIN on pinpad; Press ENTER.
8. Dialing/Processing transaction
9. Receipts prints.
