Settings
• C ell broadcast: Set the device to receive cell broadcast messages.
• N otifications: Set the device to alert you to new messages.
• S ignature: Set the device to display your signature on the message.
• S pam filter: Set the device to block messages from specific numbers or that contain
certain words.
• D elay message sending: Set the time the device waits before sending messages after
you tap the send button.
• S afe mode:
– Allow access to all links: Set the device to allow to open the link on a message when
you tap the link.
– Potential threat alerts: Set the device to alert you when you install apps that support
messaging feature to prevent phishing.
S Planner
Change settings for using S Planner.
On the Settings screen, tap S Planner.
• F irst day of week: Select the first day of a week.
• L ock time zone: Set the device to leave the time zone setting unchanged when moving
across time zones.
• S elect time zone: Select the time zone.
• S how week numbers: Set the device to display the number of weeks in a year.
• H ide declined events: Set the device to hide expired events.
• H ide completed tasks: Set the device to hide completed tasks.
• W eather: Set the device to display the weather forecast.
• S elect alert type: Select the notification settings for events.
• N otification sound: Select a ringtone for events or tasks.
• V ibration: Set the device to vibrate to alert you to events or tasks.
• Q uick responses: Create templates for sending messages to event participants.
