Operating Instructions for the Semak Rice Cooker 1. Measure rice with the measuring cup. Rinse rice until the water is clear and the rice is clean. 2. Place washed rice in the pan, then add water. Eg. For each cup of rice, add one cup of water. For 0.8L of Rice, pour water up to 0.8 mark. -
