USING YOUR SKIPPA INFORMATION PLATE ( -PLATE) INFORMATION PLATE (i-PLATE) The i-Plate displays information about the current and next shows available on that channel, at the bottom of the TV screen. While watching live TV, press the button to launch the i-Plate.

SEARCHING SEARCHING A great feature of SKIPPA is the ability to search for a show and set a Recording, Series Recording, or Reminder for that show. You can also search through your recording list to quickly find a show to watch.

USING YOUR SKIPPA SEARCHING to either the EPG or Recordings tab. Filter the results by scrolling Highlight a show and press: Set a new single recording. Add a new Series Recording. Set a reminder. Watch an already recorded show. Press the button to start a new search.

AutoSkip and Manual Skip SKIPPA is NOT guaranteed to skip all advertisements. For example, AutoSkip won’t skip interesting previews of upcoming shows, because we at IceTV don’t want you to miss your favourite shows. Auto-Skip will recognise most ads in pre-produced TV shows, but is less reliable for shows with highly variable content such as the sports genre or where ads blend in with some reality/live shows.

Any changes made to a Series Recording from the IceTV website or smartphone App will take preference over these defaults.
