REMOTE CONTROL The TAVH10 Remote is wrapped inside a polybag. A separate polybag with a coin style battery is also included (battery is not installed in the remote). The polybags are packed inside the top section of molded pulp that is placed securely around the top and bottom of the heater. -

To unlock the Vornado TAVH10 heater:
1. Touch the Power button to turn it off and unplug the unit.
2. On the bottom of the unit, find the cylindrical plunger.
3. Push the plunger 4–5 times to ensure it is not stuck.
4. Set the heater down on a flat surface.
5. Make sure the power cord lays completely flat and extends properly from the back of the heater.
6. Plug the unit back in.
7. Touch the Power button to turn it on.
8. Set it to the highest heat setting and ensure it is not on the Fan Only setting.
