replace the 2 AA batteries paying close attention to proper battery

Action #5: Make sure that you have the transmitter and receiver
within the acceptable operating range of distance. Remember to take
interference from other devices into account. Try the units together
in close proximity to one another, in order to rule out distance as the
source of the problem.

Care of Unit:

Do not submerge the unit in water, as it will damage the electrical
components.
If you will not be using the Adapted Vibrating Personal Pager for
an extended amount of time, we recommend sliding the ON/OFF

switch into the "OFF" position and/or removing the 2 AA batteries.
