Smart Lock - Movie Ratings - Magnavox 20MF Series User Manual

T he Smart Lock feature can block programm-
ing based on the Movie Industr y ratings.
Once you've entered your access code and the
SMART Lock features are displayed on the
screen:

Press the MENU button to see the
onscreen menu.

Press the /
FEATURES menu, then press the
button to enter.

Press the /
LOCK, then press the
Input Password will appear on the screen.

Please use the Number buttons to enter
your 4 digits password.

Press the /
MOVIE RATING, then press the
button to enter.

Press the /
of the Mo vie Rating options. When
highlighted, press the OK button
repeatedly and all these options
be (ON) blocked or (OFF) unblocked.

Press the MENU button to return to the
previous menu.

ELPFUL
When a rating is chosen to be blocked, any
higher level rating will also be blocked from
viewing. (i.e.: If "R" is selected to be blocked,
NC-17 and X will automatically be blocked.)
When a rating is set to unblock, only the selected
rating will be unblocked (Ratings lower will not
automatically be unblocked.)
