    VVDN_DT4CP2U_Quick_Start_Guide Rev. A1 1 Introduction The Dual T4240 Storage server product will be built with Dual T4240 which is a communication processor from Freescale. The T4240 QorIQ multicore processor combines 12 dual-threaded e6500 Power Architecture® processor cores for a total of 24 threads with high-performance datapath acceleration logic and network and peripheral bus interfaces required for networking, telecom/datacom, data center, storage applications, and wireless infrastructure applications.
