If a bulb is burned out, replace it to help avoid an
accident. If the arrows don't go on at all when you
signal a turn, check the circuit breaker for burned
bulbs. See "Fuses and Circuit Breakers" in the Index.
Headlamps
Turn the band at the end of the lever to turn on:

Parking Lamps

Marker Lamps (unless your vehicle has the marker
and clearance lamps switch; see below)

Taillamps
D
Instrument Panel Lights

License Plate Lamps.
Turn the band to the master lighting symbol to turn on
the headlamps as well as the lamps just listed. Turn the
band to OFF to turn off your lamps.
A circuit breaker protects your headlamps. If you have
an electrical overload, your headlamps will flicker on
and off. Have your headlamp wiring checked right away
if this ever happens.

Headlamps On Reminder (If Equipped)
If you have this system, a tone alarm will sound when

out
your headlamps and/or parking lamps are turned on and
your ignition is in LOCK or ACC.

Pass Feature
To quickly flash the high
lever toward you and release it. The lever will then
automatically return to low beam operation.
Headlamp High/Low Beam Changer
To change the headlamps from low beam to high, push
the multifunction lever away from you. To switch back
to low beam, pull the lever toward you.
