    HL 721A/B 1351B Plotting Cutter User Manual Trouble Shooting Check Points After a machine has been assembled properly, please follow the instructions below. 1. Load a piece of paper instead of vinyl film nice smoothly.  2. Load a ball pen in the front holder position instead of a blade in the rear holder position.  3. Move press feeding wheels properly by hand and make sure not places them on the joints of rolling  shafts).  4. Adjust the springs of press feed wheels nice evenly.  5. Connect the power cable and switch the power on. The carriage head will move to the right end of  the machine.  6.
