    CHARGING AC Charger Charging The System USB Connector Before using your new Wi AudioStream™ Pro digital wireless system, you need to fully charge the batteries for approximately 2 hours. Plug the AC Charger into a power socket. Connect the USB power cable to the USB port on the AC charger. Connect one of the two mini USB connectors to the Transmitter USB Port USB port.
  • Page 7 PAIRING Pairing the Wi Transmitter & Receiver (Tx) The Wi Transmitter and Receiver are paired at the factory. Perform the following steps ONLY if you need to reestablish connection between the Transmitter and the Receiver. First turn ON the Transmitter (Tx) and the Receiver (Rx) by pressing and holding the POWER button on each of the units for 2 seconds.

    EARSET SETUP The Wi Sure-Sound Earset Delivering unmatched value, comfort, sound quality and secure fit, the Wi Sure- Sound™ earset ultra-small removable MIC capsule mounted on an ultra-thin, rugged, bendable, adjustable length and incredibly lightweight boom captures vocals clearly with excellent rejection of wind and ambient noise.
  • Page 9 EARSET SETUP Connecting The Earset Cable The Wi Sure-Sound™ series ultra-low-profile detachable cable delivers minimum visibility with maximum durability. Optional adapters give the Wi Sure-Sound™ series earset great flexibility for use with different wireless systems including AKG™, Shure™, Sony™, Audio-Technica™ and Sennheiser™.   • Page 10 EARSET FITTING Left or Right Ear Placement The Wi Sure-Sound series can easily be converted from right to left ear wearing preferences with a Simple-Twist™. This unmatched time saving feature delivers exceptional flexibility for venues needing to accommodate multiple users and their wearing preferences.
  • Page 11 EARSET FITTING Wearing the Wi Sure-Sound Earset The Wi Sure-Sound series advanced ergonomic Silicon ear-mount design delivers an unmatched comfortable fit in seconds while ensuring secure boom placement even when the head moves, or when used with glasses or other head-worn accessories.
  • Page 12 EARSET FITTING Adjusting the Boom Length The Wi Sure-Sound series boom can easily be adjusted to the appropriate length and placement with a simple push of a button to capture the closest near-the-mouth vocals clearly and consistently. The boom locking mechanism keeps the boom securely in place to provide good gain and natural sound that doesn’t change when the head moves.
  • Page 13 EARSET FITTING Adjusting the Boom Curve The Wi Sure-Sound series bendable boom can easily be adjusted to position the microphone tip as close as possible to the mouth for best vocal gain and clarity. Adjust the curvature of the boom only when necessary.
  • Page 14 EARSET FITTING Positioning The Microphone Capsule The Wi Sure-Sound series removable microphone capsule is located at the tip of the boom. The key to maximizing the sound quality is to locate the capsule as close as possible to the mouth without touching the face. Press the boom locking switch located on the bottom of the Silicon ear mount.
  • Page 15 EARSET FITTING Using The Earset/Lavalier Cable Clip The Wi Sure-Sound series comes with an Earset/ Lavalier cable clip to prevent movement of the cable from dislodging the earset. The clip is specifically designed to match the diameter of your cable, either 1.4mm or 2mm.
  • Page 16 EARSET HANDLING Replacing the Microphone Capsule The Wi Sure-Sound Earset microphone removable capsule design eliminates the need to purchase different earsets with different microphone specifications. You can choose from a variety of optional removable MIC capsule models with different polar patterns and frequency response for added control over your environment.

    TRANSMITTER MIC CONNECTION Connecting The Microphone to The Transmitter Connect the 1/8” TRS end of the microphone cable to the audio output port of the Wi Transmitter. For Mono MIC connection, ensure that the Mono Mic-In Mode Transmitter is set for and the LED is in FAST blue flashing mode.

    TRANSMITER PLACEMENT Transmitter Placement Designed for singers, performers, broadcasters, interviewers and active users, the Ultra-lightweight, 1.08 Oz discreet and unobtrusive Wi Transmitter can easily be attached to your belt, shirt, or even placed in your pocket without impeding your body movement. For best wireless performance we recommend mounting the Wi Transmitter on your belt to the side of your body.

    RECEIVER CAMERA CONNECTION Using The 1/4”-20 Hot Shoe Camera Adapter The Wi Transmitter and Receiver are designed to mount video camera DSLR and handheld recorders. Locate the 1/4”-20 Hot Shoe flash adapter for cameras, tripods and bipods. Fasten the 1/4”-20 Hot Shoe flash adapter mounting screw to the belt clip 1/4”-20 nut and tighten the top lock ring.
