Limited Product Warranty-One Year
The manufacturer warrants this product for one year from date of purchase to be free from
defects in material and workmanship. If any part is found to be defective during the warranty
period, your sole and exclusive remedy will be repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's
option and expense, of the defective part EXCEPT for the postage. It is the responsibility of the
consumer to return the machine to the manufacturer (including shipping costs) with a copy of
the original receipt showing date of purchase within one year.
This warranty is valid for the original consumer only and is not transferable. This warranty
does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY,
INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS HEREBY
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPROPRIATE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages
attributable to this product.
Shredders require lubrication as directed by the User's Manual. Failure to lubricate these
systems will void the warranty.
Do not attempt to service this product yourself as doing so may expose you to sharp cutting
blades and/or electricity and will void the manufacturer's warranty. Repairs must be performed
by the manufacturer's authorized technician. The machine has a warning sticker on the bottom
of the housing which detects if a consumer has opened the machine. IF THIS WARNING SEAL IS
BROKEN OR REMOVED, THE WARRANTY IS VOID.

Return Instructions
1. Call 866-377-4771 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Pack the product in its original carton, or equivalent, and clearly mark the box with the RA#.
3. Enclose a copy of the proof of the receipt showing the original purchase date.
4. Enclose a note describing the difficulty you have had with product. Be sure to include your
complete name, address and phone number.
5. Mail the above prepaid to the address provided by the manufacturer with the RA #.
Note: Consumers must call 866-377-4771 to obtain a RA# in order to receive service for a
defective product.
