    If you use a microphone that requires phantom power, especially with a laptop computer, it’s strongly recommended to use a DC +9V/500mA adapter (not included). When you turn on U46MKII or when you turn on/off phantom power, the current peak level might go over 500mA.

    U46MKII MIXVIBES 2.3. Connection with external devices The U46MKII allows various multimedia uses. This means there are many different ways to connect other devices to the U46MKII. The below figure describes which devices can be connected to the U46MKII.

    Plug the U46MKII’s USB cable (Series A plug type) into the USB port of your computer. Turn on the U46MKII’s power button. After that, you will see a power led switch on, on the U46MKII’s front panel. The U46MKII gets the power from the computer via a USB cable. You can also use an external Power supply if you have one.

  • Page 19: Latency Setting On Asio Applications

    Clicking the ASIO Control Panel button (or config) of ASIO applications will open the ASIO latency setting of the U46MKII. Run the Config/Latency menu to set the latency time. Here you can choose between different buffer sizes. Typically a lower latency is good when working with software synthesizers or when you process audio signals from the audio inputs in real-time with your audio software.

    MIXVIBES 6.3. MixVibes 3DEX The U46MKII includes the full version of MixVibes 3DEX.
