If a Trot Gallop has no power when the key is turned after replacing the charging ports, possible causes include:

1. Improper connection of the charging port, preventing battery charging.
2. Damage to internal components during port replacement.
3. Battery not charged or fully discharged.
4. Use of a non-original charger, which may not supply correct voltage.
5. Battery failure, especially if damaged during repair.

Only authorized personnel should service the device, including battery-related work.
