Failure
Power indicator does not light
Power indicator is lit, but the
motor does not start after
loading the paper
The motor runs continuously
The motor works, but the
shredder does not capture
paper
If these solutions for the troubleshooting do not help, please contact a service center.

Reason
Power cord is not connected to
the device
Power switch has not been
turned on
The upper unit is installed on
the waste bin incorrectly
The paper is too thin
The motor is overheated
Start sensor in the feeder
opening may be clogged with
paper

Troubleshooting

Solution
Connect the power cord to the
shredder
Turn on the switch

page 5
Shred more paper or fold the
sheet
Turn off the power and do not
continue operating for 30
minutes
Unplug the device and remove
any paper fragments in the
feeder opening
Contact the service center
