More Networks

The More Networks settings
allow you to configure a variety
of communication settings for
your device.

Mobile Networks

Control your device's access to networks and
mobile data service.
1. From a Home screen, tap
> CONNECTIONS.
2. Tap More networks > Mobile networks for
options:
Mobile data: Allow your device to connect to a
mobile data network.
Data roaming: All your device to connect
to data services while roaming. Significantly
higher charges may result.
Network mode: Choose a preferred network
mode.
System select: Choose a CDMA roaming
mode.
Access Point Names: To use Wi-Fi you need
access to a wireless access point (hotspot).
Touch to display a list of the Access Point
Names. The active access point displays a
green, filled circle to the right of the name.

Virtual Private Network (VPN)
Set up and manage your Virtual Private Networks
(VPNs).
Note: You must set a screen lock PIN or password
before setting up a VPN. For more information, see
Lock
Screen.
Add a VPN
1. From a Home screen, tap
> CONNECTIONS > More networks > VPN.
Add and follow the prompts to set up
2. Tap
your VPN.
Connect to a VPN
1. From a Home screen, tap
> CONNECTIONS > More networks > VPN.
2. Tap the VPN, enter your log in information, and
tap CONNECT.
Edit or Delete a VPN
1. From a Home screen, tap
> CONNECTIONS > More networks > VPN.
2. Touch and hold the VPN that you want to edit or
delete.
Ethernet
Configure your device for an Ethernet connection.
► From a Home screen, tap
> CONNECTIONS > More networks > Ethernet.
