Trouble Shooting
If you problems installing the software or trouble uploading your photographs and videos
then please try the following: Please note that the Nero Digital Camera can be used
without the software provided.

After installation of software, turn your computer off and then on again before
uploading your data.
For Photos: If the 'Camera/ Scanner' icon is not highlighted in the 'Get Photo from'

window (page 42 of the instructions) then the files may be opened by using the
'Folder' icon. If you click on this icon then go into 'My Computer' on the left side of
the page, the camera will show as a 'Removable Disk'. Click on this and a preview
of your images will appear in the window. (Please see images below)
