Otherwise, make the
image size
to 1644 x 2466 (dots) for the Post Card (4 x 6 inch) size, 1464 x 2064 (dots) for the 3.5 x 5
inch size, and 1337 x 1516 (dots) for the Small (3.5 x 4 inch) size. Also make the
resolution to 403 dpi.
The "Page Setup" dialog box appears.
