Troubleshooting

Radio cannot identify DMC
1. Check whether the Dip-Switch is set in the correct position.
2. Check whether all cables are connected properly.
Audio playback works properly but the screen display does not
work (e.g. no disk number on display)
Check whether the Dip-Switch is set in the correct position.
Screen display works properly but there is no sound
1. Check whether the SD card / USB flash are plugged firmly
and consist of WMA / MP3 format files. Note that some SD
card and USB flash may be not compatible with the device.
2. Check radio volume level and make sure the radio is not in
MUTE mode.
3. Press switch key to switch to CDC or FM mode.
