    Chapter 3 Basic Instructions 3.1 Batteries Setup One set of 4 AA batteries or two sets of 4 AA batteries are required to power the safe. 3.2 Mechanical Dial Very Important After you set up your safe for the first time, open the safe cache panel & turn the mechanical dial 4 times clockwise with a screwdriver to activate the mechanical opening method.
