Press the MODE button
Until the hour setting flashes.
Press UP or Down
To change the hour setting.
Press the MODE button
Until the minute setting flashes.
Press UP or Down
To change the minute setting.
Press and hold buttons to quickly advance the settings.
If the setting is advanced past midnight, the time will be displayed in 24 hour (military) format.
Continue advancing to switch back to 12 hour (US standard) time display.
