    The Linksys Dual-Mode Phone gives you cordless convenience, so you don't have to sit in front of your computer when you want to talk to your friends and it comes with a handset and USB base station. The base station plugs into your computer using a USB port, and you can connect its LINE port to a telephone wall jack.

If you have regular phone service, press the regular line key and dial the number. Or, you may dial the number first and then press the regular line call key.
