1. The battery compartment is located on the bottom of the
Base. To remove the battery cover, press the tab in the direc-
tion indicated on the cover door.
2. Install four new AA alkaline batteries ensuring proper +/-
polarities are observed.
3. Replace battery cover.
Note: Battery fit will be tight when the unit is new. Press batteries
firmly into place.
