RCS-3100 Operator's Guide General Description System Components The RCS-3100 Wireless Access Control System is a sophisticated, yet easy to use system with multiple features and state-of-the-art electronics and software. The system consists of the following components: • MC-3100 Master Controller – Is the combination of an AGC-3100 Access Group Controller and the RCS-3100 Remote Controller Software. -

All new or modified credential data is then entered into the MySQL database. Note: For correct RCS-3100 system operation, the AIP-2100 software needs to be running at all times. This implies that the AGC-3100 Access Group Controller will be operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and should be connected to a good quality battery backup with a 115-volt AC power supply. -
