What to do if it goes wrong

Solution
• Check the 'This pack contains' panel on the box to make sure
the part is included with your machine.
There is an
accessory missing
• The nozzle or tools may be blocked, check for blockages and remove.
• The dirt container may not be correctly fitted, remove the dirt container
Why won't the

• The filter may be clogged, clean or replace the filter. Go to 'Taking care

and recharge.

• The unit may have been in the 'on' position when charged – move the
power switch to the 'off' position and charge again.
There is no power
• The charger lead may not be fully inserted into the back of the
handheld, check the charger and insert correctly.
• Check the charger is plugged into the mains and power is switched on.
