Secondly, take out the product, take away the protection film from the DVR to check if there is damage. "Variable bitrate" means system encoding according to user‐defined image quality and video frame rate, but bit rate is automatically adjusted by the system depending on the video screen. "Average birtrate" means system automatically adjusted fluctuation as user‐ defined bitrate.
