Put included AAA batteries in the bottom of the clock.

SET TIME AND PREFERENCES
Hold MODE button for

CONNECT WRIST UNIT TO CLOCK
Ch2 OFF Ch1
A. Turn on wrist unit switch
to desired channel
B. Within 10 seconds of turning on
wrist unit, hold the
button for
2 seconds
Ch2 OFF Ch1
C. Once the units are connected, the
wrist unit will vibrate and flash a
red LED light
