- Page 8 - Turn off the machine by pressing switch 7 and unplug it, Turn on the steam tap 5, release all the steam from the spout 14 of the steam pipe and then turn off the steam tap 5. - Remove the container under the lid 2, empty it and if necessary clean it as explained under the heading "CLEANING".
